Our Mission

Hawk Residential Care and Treatment Homes is dedicated to the encouragement and the provision of safe, stable, nurturing and healthy environments for children where they are supported to reach their maximum potential.

Located just north of Oshawa in the City of Kawartha Lakes, we operate three CARF Accredited Residential Treatment Residences and a Section 23 School Program.

Country Counselling’s Supported Independent Living Program

As a result, we are able to provide long-term care with the opportunity to facilitate successful transition to less structured settings, providing a sense of “permanency” with respect to placement options.
